Address mapping for existing records

Hello,

When a donor that already exists in Salesforce, but doesn't have an address record, makes a new donation it's not updating the donor's record with an address. How to fix? Is it possible to extract the address from the latest donation and populate the contact address?

I checked our mapping and it looks like the attached screenshot.

In this case, it creates Alias under the main contact and you may manually overwrite the Alias information to the main contact: http://help.clickandpledge.com/custo...ticles/2346574

Is there a way to retro actively copy alias info to the contact info and delete the alias or are those instruction only for moving forward?

NO, it has to be done manually.
