Thank you for the info! So we can make a new fraud profile during testings, and then switch back to the default profile after? The link you provided for custom fraud profile did not work. I just want to be sure that if we switch to a custom profile, we can switch back to the default as well.

Yes, we don't recommend LIVE forms to test as that has the potential to be flagged. You may test the forms in Salesforce C&P Virtual Terminal. In Salesforce > C&P Virtual Terminal you may process a transaction using the Custom Payment Type as a payment method and select the respective Connect Campaign & Form and process transaction to check the data flow in your instance.

In case you want to test with the direct link to the Live connect form, during the test, set up a custom fraud profile and whitelist your IP since in Default profile you can't whitelist the IP.

Custom profile for fraud, please see: http://help.clickandpledge.com/customer/en/portal/articles/1574037

    Testing C&P Forms

There are a few threads on this, but I can't find a current, definitive answer - how is it recommended that we test C&P Connect Forms to make sure they process to Salesforce correctly? We were using the direct link to the live connect form for the campaign, but that only worked once before multiple transactions began being declined or flagged as fraud (I assume because they are coming from the same IP). How do you recommend we test our forms? Is there a way to whitelist our organization's IP without resetting the default fraud settings? Any guidance would be great.
