We have a user that would like to be able to use the Virtual Terminal to process a payment to a Contact already entered into Salesforce. We would like to use the the Existing Patron feature (screenshot below) to find this contact. As a System Administrator, I am able to do this. But as a user, they are not able. Are there some specific fields that the profile needs read access to?

It seems to be lack of permission on contact object for that respective profile. Would you please share the profile name of the users who don't see the contact lookup so that we can review it?Regards,

I've created a user named Consultant Test. The email for that user is General.Mailbox@ClickandPledge.biz. Let me know if you can test.

We reviewed and found that the User with the profile name "Development" doesn't have access to any of the C&P tabs. Please confirm that the user having the issue with the Existing Patron lookup in C&P Virtual Terminal having the same profile assigned?
