  • Virtual Terminal transactions - Error posting data to Salesforce email notice

    We have users who are using the Virtual Terminal to process transactions. But due to the amount of workflows/processes that we have on our opportunity object, we are running into problems with the opportunity being created in Salesforce. We are addressing this issue internally. However, the error email goes out to the person who performs the transaction. In this case, it's our user who doesn't really understand all of this data in the email, and they cannot resolve this issue.

    The question is, can we direct all of these error emails to a few email addresses (namely the Salesforce Administrators)??? We would prefer that the users not get them.
    Below is an example of the email.

    By default, it is set to Record Owner but you may change that here:

    However, in reviewing we found that the following workflow is causing the above issue: VIP - Campaign is Changed workflow or Process builder
