  • Primary Campaigns not mapping correctly

I made a test donation and it appears the Primary Campaign is being mapped incorrectly. ORG ID: 00Df2000000CEKC C&P should have access currently.
Transaction-0023 has a SKU that should affiliate the opportunity with a General Campaign but instead it is associating it with a Memorial Campaign.

    Good day @kuhlemann

The transaction in the question has been credited hence there is NO opportunity associated with it. Do you have any other order numbers?

When the box is checked "Use Transaction Campaign" where is it pulling the Campaign ID from? I set it up under Campaign Details and "Salesforce Campaign" in the Connect platform. If this is where it is pulling it from it is not working correctly. The SKU DON-GEN should be going to a general fund campaign not the Steve Tilford Memorial Fund (DON-STMF)

            Good day @kuhlemann

Yes, that is where exactly it is pulling from and the Campain you have assigned to the respective Form is "Steve Tilford Memorial Fund" which is the reason it has been used it as transaction campaign per the settings:

You simply need to uncheck the box for "Use Transaction Campaign" under C&P Settings >> Opportunity >> Primary Campaign Source and assign the desired Campaign for that SKU.

Thank you, I changed the campaign name on the Salesforce settings on the form builder. This corrected the issue.
