  • Donations Randomly Posting w/out Primary Campaign Source

We are having a problem with donations that are coming through several of our Connect Forms not listing a Primary Campaign Source on the Donation/Payment record in Salesforce. There doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason to this as most of the donations coming through the same Connect Forms ARE posting correctly with Primary Campaign Source listed on the Donation/Payment record in Salesforce. I've checked the configurations in Connect and the sku settings in Connect and Salesforce and they all seem correct. Additionally, the ones that are coming in with a Primary Campaign Source have a different Sku than the ones that are posting correctly. This is very odd because two donations using the same Payment Level in Connect have resulted in two different classes - i'm not sure how two people can select the same exact button (with one sku) and end with two different values in the Class field in Salesforce. Here is a link to one of the effected donation records in Salesforce:

Please note that the Salesforce Campaign defined in Connect (affecting the entire transaction) will be deprecated from Connect. Please review C&P Settings > Opportunity > Primary Campaign rules to ensure Opportunities receive the correct campaign. Check 'Use Transaction Campaign' in your C&P Setting rules to retain the Salesforce Campaign specified in Connect; however, we recommend implementing SKUs as the best long-term strategy.
