Our Click and Pledge account doesn't seem to be working. The forms load but the transactions are being declined. This is through Virtual Terminal, C&P Events, and on the web forms on our site.
One error message that keeps coming up is "Error code 2060 Wrong authentication information"
I can't log into Click and Pledge Connect either, getting the message "Sorry but we cannot find the email in our system. Please try again."
