  • Matched contact is still going to "Temporary Contacts"

    In my sandbox 00Dq0000000Chh8 (that is connected to our C&P account) I have successfully created a donation (through our live donation form) for a new contact that went to Temporary Contacts and I processed. However, when I made a second donation for the same person, it still went to Temporary Contacts. My understanding from the documentation was if the contact is known and the first name, last name, and email are the same...it should not go to Temporary Contacts, it should go directly in to Salesforce. Please advise.
    Please note that I have left all C&P settings as defaults AND I I am using default NPSP first name, last name, and email fields. The contact for the original donation is https://cs21.lightning.force.com/lig...0oasmQAAQ/view and the ID for the second transaction (same contact) in Temporary Accounts is TC-0003. I have granted you access for the 3 days.

      Was this a fix on your side? Or will I run in to the same issue if I configure C&P to a new sandbox? Or to production?

        The issue was C&P Settings was not updated and we simply updated the settings to work accordingly. It is always good practice to update the C&P Settings upon new install/upgrade.
