  • Recurring Donation not getting to Salesforce

    I have set up a successful recurring donation page, but I am having trouble getting Salesforce to recognize it as such. I get a receipt that shows a recurring donation but under the C&P Recurrings tab in Salesforce I am not seeing anything. Can you please advise?

    I moved your post to the Salesforce forum since that is better fit for your inquiry. Hope you don't mind.

    Please let me know the following:
    • What version of the Click & Pledge PaaS application are you using? (Please check "Latest Release Features & Alerts" for links & info)
    • Do you see the transaction in the C&P Data tab?
    • Is there a transaction posted in the Transaction tab?

      No worries on moving to the Salesforce forum, I wasn't sure which would be best.

      I am using the new 4.6 application.
      I do see the transaction in the C&P Data tab and the Transaction Tab
      But, still not seeing it in the Recurring tab.

        Great! so far so good.

        I am sure your view is set to "Recently Created" & not "Recently Viewed".

        Please email support so we can do screen sharing and figure out what is going on. Our records show that your transactions are all TEST transactions and these are not live transactions.

        Once we have an email from you in support we will send you screen sharing information and proceed with reviewing your installation.

          Good day.

          We just reviewed all your transactions and realized that you are having TEST transactions and those are the ones you are inquiring about.

          We do not post TEST transactions as recurring in Salesforce. TEST transactions will create issues if they are posted since all future transactions will have to run as well.

          The recurring will work once you start using LIVE cards.
