Transactions Declined with Widget and Virtual Terminal

Hello! We are ready to post a widget to our website, but have been unable to successfully process any transactions. Using both the Widget preview and the Virtual Terminal, our transactions are declined. We have tried three different cards. Can you help us understand if we need to take additional steps to begin receiving donations?

Our Salesforce Org ID is 00Df4000003jzpn and one of our users has granted access to C&P for one week. Thank you!
