Temporary contact list not showing existing donor name

Hi,
I'm going through the temporary contact and for this order 36448-1806271704403902921, there's an existing contact that' i'm trying to select, which is this one https://na35.salesforce.com/00341000...Pos=0&srKp=003 . However, when i typed in the first name "R" which is how the existing contact shows the first name, and then typing in the same last name, it's not showing up.

How do I match this temporary contact with the existing contact since it's not showing the existing contact as an option? Access has been granted.

We reviewed and noticed that the reason for not appearing that contact because there are more than 200+ contacts with the same last name and it is NOT possible to list all of them. However, you may also search with the email but we noticed that you have set mapping with Alternate Email (see below) but we lookup for Email only.

C&P Settings >> Contacts & Accounts >> Contact & Account Mapping


However, we have processed the temp contact with above-given contact.
