Using individual Custom Question answers in a C&P Designer template

Hi,
Is there any way to add the answers from custom questions that were mapped to Opportunites to the C&P Designer templates? We are trying to create an Acknowledgement email for people who made their gift a tribute, but all the tribute questions were custom questions so I need to be able to reference the answers individually.

Yes, we do have a merge field for the custom questions in C&P Designer.

Hi,
So it seems that only shows all of the custom questions? I would need to pull the answers from individual ones. On our form we have around 10 custom questions, but I specifically need the answer from 1 or 2 of those questions, not the whole list.
Example: One of our custom questions is "Honoree First Name" and I need to take the answer to this one question and use it as a merge field in a sentence.

Please note that the merge field will list the custom questions and answers those have values (Answer).

Example: If the patron answers for "Honore First Name" then in this case it will pull only one question in the email.
