Posting to Salesforce error

Hi,

I have created a form group in my wordpress using CP connect, same campaign is there is CP portal and I have update SFDC campaign settings, but the data is not getting posted to salesforce. It just shows Error.
Can you please help, What should be done so data is posted to Salesforce ?

Thank you. Data is being posted to salesforce now.

2 questions:

1. Data will not be automatically posted ? I need to click on Post to salesforce ?
2. Data is being posted in C&P Data and C&P Temporary Contacts in salesforce. How to configure it to post it to Opportunities and contacts ? Can I map it to custom object also ? Since membership data we are maintaining in a custom object, only donations data is being maintained in Opportunity object.

1. Since your C&P Account was NOT connected, you will need to post those transactions data manually but moving forward data will post to Salesforce automatically and in real-time.

2. It all depends on Match Mode settings in C&P Settings >> Contacts & Accounts >> Match Mode: http://help.clickandpledge.com/custo...ticles/1164726

It is best if we go over the differences:

• Fully Automatic: The matching fields are searched for and if the EXACT fields are not found then a new contact will be created. For example: Rob Smith and Robert Smith will be 2 different people since the exact fields are not matched. Since regardless of a match or not match the contact is either merged or created as a new contact.
• Semi-Automatic (recommended): This option will not create a new contact if the EXACT match is not found. If not found it will place the contact in the Temporary Contact for you to match it, merge it, or create a new contact. Once you review and process the contact from Temp contacts, it will create a transaction, opportunity..etc. records in Salesforce.

I understood the match mode. Can I change mapping of fields in Opportunity ? Also we are maintaining membership data in a custom object. Can I push membership transactions directly to that custom object ?

Using custom mapping you may map to the fields in the following Objects only: Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunity.

How can I map net amount, fee amount, Transaction Id and Primary Contact. When I select these fields to map on Opportunity object, it gives me the option of map custom text. Not a field from CP Transaction.

Sorry, through custom mapping it is not possible to map the transaction fields. You maybe accomplish the above using the Workflows or Process Builder.

I built the process builder. How do I map the payment information. For ex: https://kashmer.org/membership/ this form has types of membership. In salesforce, i can see that it is there in C&P Data object in itemName fiels, but Opportunity is connected to C&P Transaction through order number. How can I update this field ?

Where do you want to map that information? As stated above, through custom mapping you may map to the following three objects only i.e. Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunity.

I checked your form and noticed that the membership which you are referring to is Items. Since it is a Connect form, you may accomplish the above using SKU Mapping. You will need to define SKU for each of the Item and you may use it in SKU Mapping to update the custom fields in any of the following objects: Account, Contacts, and Opportunity.
