    Hello -

    I'm curious why we are getting these error messages too frequently, and there doesn't seem to be anything wrong. The connection to Salesforce seems to be working still because transactions are still being posted, so I'm unclear why these would be coming through.

    Additionally, we JUST reconnected them not even 9 days ago. So this should not have fired at all.

    Finally, the error message is as follows:

    You can see it's dated Monday @ 8:04Am, however we JUST received it to our helpdesk today at 10:58. Why would this happen?

    This may be due to a number of reasons but in every single case, we have seen this issue is when the "Connected User" is not an admin. Please establish the connection with Admin profile SF user.

    If you still receive the messages then please grant us login access to your instance.

      I'm not sure why the connected user and the permission required to do work via the API requires sys admin credentials on the profile, and not given the requisite permissions to complete only the needed activities and tasks. We're looking to scale back the permissions of API/integration users on our backend, so I don't think this option will work for us.

      Can you provide an alternative solution to this?

        Sorry, there is no other way. We ask that the connected user be an ADMIN since there are a lot of objects that it needs to have CRUD permissions to. The connecting user should be Admin, it needs the permissions to read the object.
