        We reviewed and noticed that your instance has outdated version of our apps for which support has been ended on October 26, 2017. If you allow us we will upgrade your instance with latest versions and review whats going on.

        Please share the temp order number as well as the ContactID you would like to merge with.

            We need your permission before we proceed with the upgrade. Is it ok for you to upgrade your instance with latest versions of our apps before we process the temp contact?

              I've updated all apps to the current revision. The problem persists. There are now two Temporary Contacts and neither will merge. They render the same error on attempt.

                I logged into Connect and re-synced the app and all appears fine now!
