  • Recurring transactions issue

    The following transaction in Salesforce is not showing as part of the recurring subscription it belongs to (35425-1710051725359608693). I show the following message in the recurring (285370) and the transaction shows no charge amount, even though the transaction in Connect shows the correct amount and shows that it is correctly posted to Salesforce. Help?

    The recurring management options are not available since the recurring chain is out of sync. One or more payments are not posted or are still in the C&P Temporary Contacts. Please review the C&P Temp or push the missing transactions through the Connect platform. Please See: Re-Post Transaction to Salesforce
