    No, and we are not aware of any issues with the browser for processing temp contacts. However, moving forward if you see any issues please let us know.

    So.... you didn't experience any issues? Do you know if there's browser issues? Anything else that you can think of that would cause a hiccup during the processing of a temp contact?

    Since the issue is with Kin On Management profile, please grant access from that respective user as well so that we can process the temp and see whats going on.

    We reviewed and found there is only one temp contact exist in your instance. However, please grant us access from the user in the question as well as share the Contact name you would like to merge the temp contact (Order#50600-1806081407208468881) so that we can process and see whats going on.

    Temp Contacts not processing fully

    Hi,

    One of the users for this Org - 00D1I000001WQmR - experiences issues now and again when processing temp contacts. The transaction will push to Salesforce, yet the temp contact won't leave the temp contact queue. Can you look at the Kin On Management user profile to ensure it's setup correctly.

    I have granted login access.
