    Hi,

    I was testing custom mapping for a client. When I made my testing transactions the SKU was not creating the custom name and it was not adding the correct record type.

    I donated $10 and covered the fees. The donation came in with the name General Donation and it should've been Contatct Name - Donation - 5/22/2018. The fee came in with the Item name and a record type of donation, yet it should be a custom name and record type Fees.

    Transaction # - 1296453989

    I granted login access.

    Org Id - 00D1I000001WQmR

    It seems that you have modified the opportunity for above transaction. However, we noticed that the condition didn't satisfy which is the reason it didn't customize the opportunity name nor the record type.

    The condition is "SKU Is" meaning the SKU should be exactly "Donation" and "Fee" but in above case, if you notice the SKU is not the same as mention in above settings:

    You may need to change the setting to "SKU Starts With" OR "SKU Includes".

      I see what you're talking about in the screen shot, however when I look in connect those are not the SKU names being utilized for any form being utilized. Donatin and Fee are the SKUs being utilized. How does the form pass through a value different than what is outlined in the campaign details seciton?

        The reason you see the SKU includes MemorialMatching Gift because of the SKU Suffix you have defined for the custom questions.

        If you notice the above transaction has answered to both of the questions hence the SKU Suffix includes with SKU.

          Ahhhh.... I always thought they were independent of one another. So the SKU in the custom question section is combined with the SKU in the payment details section? What other places do the SKUs impact the payment details section?

            Yes, you are correct. In case if you are using Recurring options than there is also an option to define the SKU Suffix which includes with SKU.
