    Good day @rivernetwork

Yes, all the permissions are set and until and unless the integrated user will be the same moving forward you no need to worry about it.

Thank you for resolving the issue. Can you confirm that all permissions are set appropriately now, and that this will remain the case moving forward? We want to be sure that any future updates will not cause the problem to reoccur.

We have now pushed through all transactions from Click & Pledge to Salesforce, and confirmed that the data has arrived in Salesforce correctly. No further assistance will be required in pushing through the transactions.

    Thanks again for your help.

We see a number of failed transactions posting to Salesforce. We can easily push all these to Salesforce if that helps you since you will need to push them one at a time. If you want us to push them to Salesforce just let us know.

    Here are a few points.
    • There are transactions dating back to April 23, 2018 with the same error.
    • There is one transaction on February 14, 2018 that has not posted.
If we post these transactions the autoresponder will be sent and as such the patrons will be notified for transactions that date back to last month.

We can push the transactions but disable the autoresponder remotely, in other words, we can push the transactions and set the Autoresponder not be sent. If you want us to push them all we can do whatever you want.

    So the questions are:
    1. Do you want us to push the transactions dating back to February 14, 2018
    2. If the answer to question 1 is true then do you want us to set the autoresponder to false so it is not sent.
Please let us know if you need our help in pushing the data.

    Good day @rivernetwork

We have fixed the issue and posted all those transactions to your Salesforce instance. The issue is with the integrated user doesn't have permission over certain fields which fails to post the data and results above error.

Please check and let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

Thanks for taking the time to talk today. This is in response to Case # 62962
We have not see any transactions posted to Salesforce since 4/23/2018. This issue is preventing many of our process from occurring, and we are hoping for a quick resolution.

We continue to receive the following emails :

    Salesforce Connection Failure
Sorry but we are having problem communicating with your Salesforce account using the provided credentials.

    AND

    Salesforce Update Failure
Sorry but we are having problem with your Salesforce account.

All settings and connections have been verified, and our C&P installation is up-to-date:
Click & Pledge PaaS Class Library 5.1802020005 [Release Date: 2/9/2018] Up-to-date
    Click & Pledge Payment as a Service 9.1804150104 [Release Date: 4/30/2018] Up-to-date
Please know this is an incredibly urgent problem for us, and would appreciate any additional information you can provide. Thanks!
