  • Notifications for Declined Recurring Transactions?

    We recently noticed that a recurring transaction hadn't been posted to Salesforce, so we went into connect and saw that the card was declined. Is there a way to set up email notifications for when this occurs with recurring gifts?

    A declined transaction should post to Salesforce. Would you please share the order number you are referring to?

    Regarding the declined notification, by default, the main platform does not send any emails for declined transactions. However, If you wish to receive a message you may set up an autoresponder in Salesforce.

    Once a transaction post to Salesforce, the autoresponder will be sent. You may set the email to receive the email as someone internal.
