Information Needed
To help us with upgrading your instance please make sure to:
Unable to see Click & Pledge donations in Salesforce
We're unable to see Click & Pledge donations submitted using the Click & Pledge Connect Widget Donation on our LSC.gov site in C&P Transactions within the Click & Pledge app in Salesforce.
We reviewed and found that the above order number is in Temp contact to review and process from there. Please review the C&P Temporary Contacts and process it.
However, we found that you are many many versions behind. If you allow us we will upgrade your instance with latest versions of our apps.

When we processed one of the C&P Temporary Contacts (Order number 29888-1802011322449610397), we rec'd the following message:
Errors
• WID: WID: data value too large: 74e2711d-8c01-46ee-9efd-a86c88ebfa32 (max length=18)
• Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: STRING_TOO_LONG, WID: data value too large: 74e2711d-8c01-46ee-9efd-a86c88ebfa32 (max length=18): [CnP_PaaS__CheckOutPageId__c]
How do we resolve this?
Also, we'd like to upgrade. How does the upgrade process work?
The issue you are facing is because your instance is not up-to-date. Version 9.70xx compatibility release for the new Connect & if you are not on or higher version you will experience that error if using Connect forms. The new Connect forms use a longer WID and the updated Salesforce release has expanded the WID field from 18 to 40.
If you allow us we will upgrade your instance with latest versions of our apps which will resolve the issue.
