C&P Autoresponder Setting - Option to change "Mail To" recipient to option not listed

My company is looking to send an acknowledgment letter to those who create a memorial campaign through our website. We will be tracking this field via a custom field on the Opportunity page labeled "Memorial Contact". Is it possible to reference a custom field in the "Mail To" picklist as opposed to the pre-existing options? Those options don't exactly work as we have many memorial campaign contacts.

No, we don't have an option to include the custom fields in Mail to list. However, you may create number of Autoresponders and send them based on the Transaction Campaign.
