    I have a client who set up a recurring payment using the wrong sku and needs to make an edit so all future incoming transactions under that recurring record get a different sku. As the transactions come into salesforce the sku is used for field mapping so it's important to have the right sku set up. Is there a way to do this from either Salesforce or from the Connect portal?

    No, it is not possible to change the SKU. You will need to cancel the recurring and set up a new one with updated information. The card-on-file will work allowing you to set up a new recurring with the same card.

    You may do this in Salesforce or in the Connect virtual terminal. Simply go to the virtual terminal and lookup the contact and proceed with the card-on-file.
