    Hi all,

    I built a simple email template in Designer and would like to configure it with the email autoresponder.

    The name of the template is "decline recurring":


    1) The template I created is not showing up in CnP settings --> autoresponder --> email.
    2) The template has 1 tag. That tag is not showing up in CnP settings --> autoresponder --> email.
    3) I attempted to update the autoresponder defaults so that the template would be available. However, the field "Default SMS responder in case of no matching rule" is required. We are not using SMS so we don't have anything to populate that field with.


    I already talked to Amanda during office hours about this issue on Thursday but we were unable to resolve it.

    Good day @Radha

    We understand that you are not using the SMS responder but since it is default settings, those are mandatory fields. We have added some default text in there and you see all is working as expected.
