Error Bringing Click and Pledge Donations into Salesforce.

Hello, we are having an issue with some of our donations now posting to Salesforce.

I have a list of donations that did not create an opportunity in Salesforce and when I hit the Post to Salesforce button in CnP, it gives me
these two messages

• Applications : nullApplication Name: Swiper1-Version Number : 8.003.049
  Installed Packages: 4.4000-9.7010-4.4005

System response:

"Successfully transacted"

Also with no opportunity created. Is there any idea what that error could be and why the opportunity is not being created in Salesforce?
