  • Monthly recurring gifts not running for the second time in 2 weeks

    Fifteen monthly recurring gifts were due to run yesterday, 12/18/17, for our organization and did not run. This happened to us on 12/4/17 as well and I posted it to this forum on 12/5/17 and submitted a help ticket. At that time, the problem was remedied on your end, but no explanation was given for why the problem occurred or how to prevent it. Again, I do not see these fifteen in the list of transactions in Connect for 12/18/17, and their C&P recurring gifts are showing as "out of sync" in Salesforce. I usually receive an email receipt for each monthly transaction, whether the transaction is successful or declined, and I did not receive an email receipt for these fifteen. I have granted one week access and our Salesforce Organization ID is 00Do0000000e6Y2. A few of the order numbers are 33537-1708181453414973332, 33537-1705181402500198318, and 1605180857165098385.

    Sorry for the problem - you have no idea how much we love to process all credit cards but at times it fails to run the recurring transactions for which we immediately put them back in the queue to process it.

    Please check those all recurring transactions and let us know if you find any of them missed to run.

      All of the transactions due to run on 12/18/17 ran on 12/19/17. I'm wondering why the problem has begun to occur, and if there is anything that can be done on our end to prevent it. If not, I'll keep monitoring the recurring gifts daily and contact you if the problem occurs again.
