I was wondering if there's any documentation or tips for managing the donors and prospects we have in Salesforce? What information should we be trying to capture, and how best to utilize that data...is this something that C&P has functionality currently through Connect, or do I need to develop it through custom fields, etc. in Salesforce?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
