Donor charged $0, but it shows up in system

We just had a donor call and say that she tried to make a donation twice, and each time it said that her card was charged $0. I checked Salesforce and C&P and her card was successfully authorized for the intended amount ($75 plus fee). Both gifts were in honor of.
Not sure if that was a glitch on her end or ours.

Would you please share the order numbers of the transactions in the question as well as the link URL of the page from where these transactions have been processed?

Hi. The user saw on their computer screen they'd been charged $0, which obviously is strange when she's actually being charged.

We're not sure which donation page she went on, as we have a few campaigns going. It may likely have been from here: https://www.cradlestocrayons.org/boston/donate-now/

We need the order numbers to review it. It seems you have shared the ContactID's in Salesforce? Please share the order numbers of the transactions so that we can review it.
