  • Donor charged $0, but it shows up in system

    We just had a donor call and say that she tried to make a donation twice, and each time it said that her card was charged $0. I checked Salesforce and C&P and her card was successfully authorized for the intended amount ($75 plus fee). Both gifts were in honor of.
    Not sure if that was a glitch on her end or ours. Any help is appreciated.
