Transaction question

A donor wants to adjust their payment. Order number - 39626-1711281923583477213 and Transaction # - 1188666926. The Org iD is 00D1I000002xZ3k and Org name is Key to Change.

Her donation was $25/quarter and she wants it to be $75/quarter. Can the organization make that change or does she need to contact C&P to adjust that? Or, do we cancel and have her redo the transaction?

The Amount, Periodicity and Interval are the items that may not be changed. In this case you have to cancel the recurring and set another one with the respective amount.
