    Hello,

    We seem to be having issues with one of our C&P accounts getting these errors about every day. The account is linked to Salesforce through a shared C&P account, 35412.When I receive these emails and look in connect, it says the Salesforce connection is active. Usually it is only a handful of transactions that failed to process so many of them do end up going through. Any assistance on this issue would be greatly appreciated!I have also granted access for one week.

      I repost all the transactions which fail the next morning after I get the email so I will need to wait until it happens again.

          Hello,

          I just received another set of these emails for Peoria Primary. The order which failed is 38139-1712080932579324742 . Can I repost the transaction, or should I wait until you look into it?

            We had another error over the weekend with order 38139-1712091034066511002 . I went and reposted the transactions and they went through just fine.
