    The Click and Pledge checkout pages for our Local Food Guide payments and donation system are not working.

    We have had this occur twice before during a time when we have conducted multiple transactions through the same link from the same IP address
    Click & Pledge flagged our account for fraud and blocked all transactions from going through. We are working on a deadline and hope to resolve this as soon as possible.

    Last year they were able to lift the block and provided instructions to set up a workaround. Please help advise how we can fix this, and avoid this from occurring again in the future. Thank you.

    Yes, because of multiple attempts through one IP address our Fraud scanner blocked the transactions. We do not recommend using a checkout page to process donations on behalf of a client since that has the potential to have you blacklisted if caught by the fraud system. The Virtual Terminal is designed for this purpose.

    However, you may whitelist the IP or an Emails in the Fraud Service:
