  • Payments not processing

    We're having a problem with payments not processing properly. We've been looking into it and recognize that the customer may have not entered some information correctly and consistently across our forms, but we did receive this error message:

    Script-thrown exception

    Error is in expression '{!save}' in component <core.apexpages.components.ApexIncludeComponent> in page cnp_paas:invoicevirtualterminal: (System Code)

    I have given 7 day access to our instance. Let me know if you need more. Thank you for your help.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. Would you please let us know where exactly you see the above error? While saving the invoice? If possible please attach the screen shot so that we can better assist you. If you allow us we will create the new invoice and debug the issue.

      I will ask my user who received the error to provide me with this information.

      In the meantime, is it possible to run a test invoice through the system? We've run test CC transactions, but not any real test invoices. Are there instructions for that?

        I just spoke to the user. They started a new invoice, filled out the fields, and then clicked process. Thereupon, they received the error message that I posted above. That's all that happened.

          We don't see any issues with the invoice. Would you please share the user name (give us access with that user) who is trying to create the invoice as well as what information they entered so that we can test with exact scenario to replicate the issue?

              We reviewed and found that the above user doesn't have permission to do the invoice. However, we have added the permission set to the above user for the Invoice.

              Please let them check and let us know if they find any issues.
