  • Custom Mapping Problem? CnP Temporary Contacts

    Problem / Difference with Custom Mapping - Causing more contacts to show up in CnP Temporary Contacts.

    I've noticed an increase in the # of contacts that are not auto-mapped when they make an online donation. For some reason over the past few days as we've deployed some PRE Giving Tuesday campaigns via Connect - a fair % of contacts who I know have records in SF - are showing up in CnP Temporary Contacts and not auto-mapping.

    Would you please grant us login access to your Salesforce account and share the order numbers for which you see not auto mapping?

      Access has been granted.
      Regrettably my staff has manually processed the items I was going to reference. I do however remember 1 (20859-1711161215395824299). It has been processed as well, but hopefully that's enough to review. I'll monitor today and over the weekend and share more as I see them.

          We reviewed your instance and all seems to be working perfectly.

          Based on the above settings the contact will be attached to the existing contact as Alias if it matched the above conditions otherwise it remains in C&P Temp contact to review and process from there.

          If you notice in the following order#20859-1711161215395824299 the email address doesn't matched with the existing contact which is the reason it was in temp contacts to review:

          Contacts creation is depends on the Match Mode and Match Fields in C&P Settings. Please refer to the following KB article: http://help.clickandpledge.com/custo...ticles/1164726
