I'm noticing a major oversight when using the search function in temporary contacts, virtual terminal and box office:
It does not show contacts with a middle name or initial in the dropdown
For example, if I search for Jonathan Smith in our system, his contact does not populate because he has an "R" in his middle name field. No matter how I search (with or without the middle initial), it does not show up.
The only way it will show other contacts is by searching only the last name, but it doesn't work if there are too many names:
