Hi C&P

Can you suggest the best way to handle recurring donations that are received on behalf of an organization, instead of an individual donor? We are having trouble handling this situation. We can flag the donation as being from an organization, but we are trying to handle the situation where the contact may change over time (e.g. a company gets a new CEO).

To expand a bit on my previous post, the problem is that a donation from a brand new contact/account will be created as a Household account by default. We would like to be able to create a new organization account and contact when someone subscribes to recurring donations for the first time on behalf of an organization.

Sorry it is NOT possible. There are NO specific settings for the recurring. However, in the presence of NPSP, C&P is not handling the Accounts.
