C&P Donation page doesn't appear for some donors

Some users are complaining that the donor page doesn't appear when they click on the donate button. The Click and Pledge page doesn't appear. It's set as an iframe. The users chrome settings are:

chrome extensions:
Adobe Acrobat
Cisco WebEx Extension
Docs
Google Docs Offline
MapsFrontier Advertisements
OnlineMapFinder
Search and New Tab by Yahoo

Some users are able to use the donor page in that office, some can't.

Would you please share the link URL of the website where the form is iframed so that we can review it?

We have tested your page in the above mentioned environment and found that the issue is with the MapsFrontier Advertising extension which is causing issue to load the form.

You will need to remove or inactive the above mentioned extension.
