Is there a way for a donor that just made a one time donation to change it to recurring? We are looking to have a link on our TY/receipt form that would allow donors to make the donation they just made into recurring. Is this possible or would that have to be something that i done administratively?

NO, it is not possible. Admin may setup a recurring transaction for them using reference transaction. Please refer to the following KB article: http://help.clickandpledge.com/custo...rticles/803695
