  • URL String Append in Virtual Terminal no longer Updating to Correct C&P Account

    Hello,

    We have a string append that assigns the Account to the Virtual Terminal. This has been broken for at least one of our campaigns. Has anyone else had this issue, or know how to correct it. What we want is for the string append to update to the Correct C&P Account. We have a couple of them and this makes it simpler on our user. Any responses would be greatly appreciated

        We have processed a test transaction through above URL order#35673-171023101834353 and found NO issues with account number nor with the Campaign.

        Please review it and let us know if you find any issues.

          We are still having an issue with this working. I am attaching screenshots of what we are seeing.

          When we are not in the Virtual Terminal we are unable to see the Drop Box with the C&P Account Number. See first Attachment

          When we go into the virtual terminal application we can see it. See second attachment:

          On the third attachment we have this set up so that field can be seen throughout yet it is still not showing up when outside of the Virtual Terminal.

          How can this be corrected so that it can be seen on all pages for Virtual Terminal.

            Good day @NiM Admin MADD

            That is an expected behaviour. Since it is append VT URL which includes the C&P account number, it won't show on the page. Once the transaction processed you may see all the details at transaction detail page.

            The settings which you are referring to is for C&P Virtual Terminal in app.

              Here are the questions I am trying to Answer

              Should the string append work? if yes, why has is broken and how can it be fixed.

              If it is broken how did it break. How can we keep this from happening in the future.

                Of course it works and it is NOT broken that is the way it works. It has been designed in that way. Since the append VT URL includes the C&P account number, it doesn't make any sense if it offers you to select the account number from dropdown menu.
