We need little more information in order find out what going on. Please let me know the first name and the last name's initial as well as last 4 digits of the card. PLEASE do not put the patron's entire last name since this is a public forum.

It looks like some incorrect information was entered and our fraud scanner blocked there transactions. We have removed this so they should be able to complete there transaction now.
