    The VT "Existing Patron" field is not searching from our Partner Community Portal. I did not have this issue before the latest upgrade.

    Would you please grant us access to your Salesforce account and share the OrgID as well as the existing patron name you are searching for?

          In our Partner Portal? or in the full licence site? In Salesforce.org we have no issue. It is in the partner portal that we have issues, which we did not have before we did the updates.

                      Are you having issue with searching existing patron at partner community portal after login into the instance or without login?

                      Please note that without login it won't search for the existing patron due to security reasons.

                      We navigate to the following location and it works without any issues:

                          I tried it in Chrome, IE and Edge with no success. And had another user do the same.

                            Navigate to the Communities: https://na30.salesforce.com/_ui/netw...=SetupNetworks

                            and from here click on the respective community site URL and on the Process Donation:

                              Okay, so that is the back end way to get to the portal. So then why when actually logging in to the same exact URL as a community user does it NOT WORK?
