  • Custom Payment Methods Not Staying

    I have noticed that when we set pre-selected custom payment methods (e.g. Cash, etc.) under Other in the C&P Settings, they do not stay. After a while, they disappear and the only thing I can think of is that when an update happens those settings get dropped. Can you confirm this for me. As it stands right now, I am having to check pretty much every day to make sure they are still in there. This is very inconvenient.

    Strange! when you said it disappeared, upon updating the settings, how much time it takes to disappear? Please grant access to your instance so that we can see whats going on.

    We noticed that you are version behind from latest release. If you allow us we will upgrade your instance with latest versions and review the issue.

        I was able to find where to do the upgrade, but now the "Existing Patron" field is not searching from our Partner Community Portal. I did not have this issue before.

                  Hi there,

                  Chiming in to say that I have experienced this with at least 3 different organizations using C&P and Salesforce. Also, noting this post: https://forums.clickandpledge.com/fo...ayment-methods

                  I think there may be something in need of fixing in a future release, though I can't speak to what exactly it is that triggers the "disappearance" of the custom payment types.

                    Yes, we are tracking the issue with disappearance of custom payment. Once we find out root cause of the issue, we will address in the next version.
