Hi I'm looking for the opportunity record. It's not in Salesforce. 36448-1709051949021718063. You can see that there's a recurring opportunity but it's out of sync because it's missing the transaction.

And another question, I see next payment dare is 9/23. How do I change it so it'll charge this month, october?

The order number: 36448-1709051949021718063 is recurring transaction and it was Pre-Authorized on 9/5/2017 to charge the card for every 23rd of the month. The 1st installment order number is this: 36448-170923141623143 and the next installment date is 10/23/2017.

Earlier, the recurring donation is out of sync, next payment date is 9/23 and there are no opportunities in the recurring donation but now it's not out of sync anymore and next payment date is 10/23. I didn't make any changes. What happened?

The 1st installment order#36448-170923141623143 is not update into your instance which results the out of sync message. However, we have fixed that and you are good to go now.
