Strange transaction payment method

Hi, the following org - 00D36000001HMWC has an active event. One of the registrants came through with a "free" payment method, but they don't have coupons or discounts setup. All other transactions come thru as expected. Can you take a look and let me know what happened, as well as, let me know if they were charged.

00D36000001HMWC is the transaction id.

I've granted login access.

The event is 2017 GFPD Dinner Dance
