Posting Error

Hello - we received an error while posting a donation to Salesforce. I've tried reposting and still not seeing the opportunity record created. Access has been granted. Org ID is 00D61000000ezSC and Order # is 36568-170930104656022. Would also be great to understand the error and how to fix it for future transactions. Thanks.

Sorry for the trouble you are experiencing. Your instance's versions of our app are quite old and are no longer support. We can gladly upgrade you to the latest release.

The version you are currently using was release on October 5 and its support has ended on March 20, 2017.

Please submit your upgrade request to the Upgrade Channel (https://forums.clickandpledge.com/fo...ade-assistance) and we will upgrade you to the latest release. Your instance is almost 1 year old and many releases behind.

Once we receive your request we will perform the upgrade and then will be able to determine the issue, if one still exists.

Version was upgraded. I tried reposting from the C&P Data record and continue to get the error. Can you please take a look? Thanks.
