  • Delete Declined Transaction Opportunities

    Hi C&P Support,

    What would be the best way to go about deleting all Declined Transaction opportunities? We just got all or data re-pushed into our new Salesforce instance and all the declined transactions have opportunities. Also, wherein the settings can I make it so no opportunities are created for declines transactions moving forward?

    You may set to NOT to create opportunity for declined transactions within C&P Settings >> Opportunity:

    However, please grant us login access and share the OrgID so that we will delete all declined opportunities.

      I had one more request to add. I went in and changed the stages on the settings, however, currently all successful C&P opportunities have a stage of Closed Won and we would like that to be Authorized Transaction for all the old ones and the ones moving forward.

      Another request that I have is for C&P to push all of our event ticket purchases. These were not pushed with all the other opportunities. The naming convention for these was different as well, will I need to change anything else additional on my end for them to come through correctly?

          Could you please provide login access again for a week?

          "Authorized Transaction" instead of "Closed/Won"would have come in correctly had the C&P Settings been set prior to the push. We can update this for you once we have access.

          All transactions were pushed, are you saying that there are no Opportunities for the tickets that were purchased through Events? The transaction push will only push in the transaction data, and recreate the Opportunities- it will not populate Event data.

            Ok, well I have a backlog of 365 temporary contacts to go through today and hopefully, those will capture all the event tickets. Otherwise, those might have come in incorrectly. I will keep you posted on what I find. I have provided access for 1 week to fix the Authorized Transaction status. I believe that I have made the necessary changes to the settings to fix this in the future.
