We receive pledge forms from partners that want to give recurring gifts to us. Sometimes, like now, we get a form but they do not want their giving to start until next month on the 15th, and for the gift to reoccur each month on the 15th. Is there a way to set that up and schedule it today using Virtual Terminal, or do I have to hold the form, with their CC number printed on it (not good) until the 15th of next month to set it up in C&P?

Yes, you may set up the recurring Today using the Virtual Terminal with Future date recurring transaction. In this case the card will be pre-authorized now with $0 amount and the actual transaction will be processed on the specific given date and for every month for that specific date.

Great! Is there a webinar or instructions on how to do that? As I look at the VT I do not see anyplace where I can set a "Future date recurring transaction". The only date option that I see on the VT is End Date.Comment

You may chose the charge date in the Payment Method section to charge the card in future date.

Thanks for your help! I will have to get with my IT person because the charge date is not visible on my VT in SalesForce. But it is visible on Connect, so I was able to schedule the recurring donation through Connect.Comment

You may also do that within the SF VT. That section might be hidden in C&P Settings > Virtual Terminal which is the reason you don't see it. Please refer to the Step 25 in the following article: http://help.clickandpledge.com/custo...ticles/1164715
