In SalesForce, I recently pulled a report of declined recurring gifts and for the first time ever this report, which I've not edited since its inception, identified a number of E-Cheque recurring gifts. Cool!
When I investigated these bouncing E-Cheque recurring gifts, in the recurring object in the "Related Transaction List" the "Result" column reads "Pending."
However, when I logged into C&P Connect and investigated those E-Cheque monthly donors the "Transaction Result" reads "Decline" and not "Pending."
What is happening here?
