Donations from Businesses or Organizations

Hello,

Where can I find instructions/documentation on the correct way to enter donations given to a non-profit by a business/org entity. There is not an option to do this through the virtual terminal or through C&P Transactions. Thank you!

Sorry but I am having hard time to understand your question. Please elaborate little more so that we can better assist you.

Certainly I mean if ABC Company writes us a check versus when Bob John writes us a check. Your transactions and VT are set up to look up to contacts not accounts but we have a high volume of both. Thanks.

As of now the only option is to look up the Contacts NOT Accounts, without contact a transaction cannot be processed. In above case, if ABC is the Company then you need to create the Contact with the same name.
