  • Issue Credit in Salesforce Troubleshooting


    We've issued a credit for order number 35145-1708141809047917522 in Salesforce. In Connect, the status shows as "Credited", but in Salesforce it still shows as "Authorized", no additional data record was created for the refund and the Opportunity is still in a stage of Posted. Can you take a look as to why this may be?

    We reviewed and all seems to be working as expected. Can you please re-establish the Salesforce connection and then push the corresponding record to Salesforce and let us know if still the issue persists?

      We also found that your Salesforce Connection is not connected (Refer the Screenshot). Please verify the Connection and try to push the corresponding record to Salesforce.

      Make sure to re-establish the Salesforce connection. To establish connection please see the following KB article:

        I re-established the connection, reposted the transaction and it still doesn't seem right. The transaction status in Connect is Credited. In Salesforce, it's showing up as a stage of "Posted." Shouldn't it update the stage in Salesforce to "Closed Lost" based on the credit and our C&P Settings?
